- Wipe top of washer and dryer
- Sanitize sinks, stove top, backsplash, table, chairs, outside of appliances(includes microwave and refrigerator)
- Sanitize inside and out of microwave
- Spot clean cabinet doors in kitchen and bathroom
- Sanitize tub/shower and toilet
- Vacuum/Sweep all floors
- Mop non-carpeted floors
Deep Clean/One-Time Cleaning
- Includes everything in a General Cleaning
- Sanitize inside refrigerator, freezer, and oven
- Spot clean all walls
- Spot clean all baseboards
- Clean under all furniture(if possible)
Commercial/Office Cleaning
- Dust top to bottom
- Sanitize all high touch surfaces(keyboards, phones, door handles, light switches)
- Wipe down all tabletops and desks
- Restroom cleaning and restocking
- Kitchen/Breakroom: sanitize all counters, sinks, and tabletops. Sanitize inside and out of microwave. Sanitize exterior of refrigerator and dishwasher.
- Vacuum all floors
- Mop all non-carpeted floors
- Trash removal and recycling services
Short-Term Rental Cleaning
- Includes everything from a General Cleaning
- Check for damages and any items left behind by guest
- Replace and wash bedding, sheets, and towels
- Tidy and make sure furniture is in correct places
- Wash any dishes left in the sink or dishwasher by guest
- Restock all supplies
- Sanitize refrigerator, freezer, and oven
- Wash coffee pot
Moving Cleaning
- Includes everything from a General Cleaning
- Sanitize inside refrigerator, freezer, and oven
- Clean all walls
- Wipe all baseboards
- Clean inside all cabinets, drawers, and closets
Common Areas Cleaning
- A General Cleaning but only in common area rooms
- Common areas include: kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, entryway/mudroom
- Common areas do not include: bedrooms and offices
Holiday/After Party Cleaning
- A type of Deep Cleaning scheduled in the Spring or after holiday get togethers, to put more focus on areas used more frequently by guests or by more people in general
- Does not have a particular service list, as it can differ depending on where you want your cleaner to focus, but generally includes all tasks in a Deep Cleaning.
Organizational Services
- Help prepare to purge, donate, throw away, or sell
- Space planning/container solutions(client provides products)
- Closet: sort through wardrobe and arrange
- Kitchen: categorize food and appliance storage, item placement for better efficiency, refrigerator/freezer cleanout
- Pantry: store food systematically in groups, wipe down and line shelves(client provides products)
- Bathroom: categorize toiletries and appliances, item placement for better efficiency
- Playroom/Mudroom/Laundry: create a functional space for kids, for no hassle clean up, categorize items/toys
- Office: organize papers, create new filing systems, provide suggestions to streamline for efficiency and time-management
- Donate or throw away all items at end of organizational service(client removes anything too large for standard trash)
Pet Waste Removal
- Remove all dog waste from your yard.
- We bring all the equipment and bags.
- Trash bags with pet waste are not removed from the client's property, but will be put in their outdoor trash receptacle.
